Customet care nightmare

I am shocked at Vodacom's lack of interest to assist me with a problem. I app**** for a new data contract from Vodacom during January 2017. I must admit that the service I received then was of acceptable quality. Maybe it was because they wanted my money. Nevertheless, the contract was for 10 gig which I started using immediately.

All was working fine the whole of February 2017 and then on 21 March it stopped working. Suddenly my data was down to 0gig, which was questionable to me. But I waited until the 1st of April 2017 for my data to be recharged and to start working again. Come 1 April and still no data. And my device was suddenly not working. Restarted the device, it wouldn't take my pin and it locked my sim card. I then tried to enter the PUK nr which was also not accepted. And so my headache started...... I phoned Vodacom Call Center for the whole of 1 April. It was established that the said sim does not have a pin or puk nr on Vodacom's system. No one could explain why or assist me. My account was paid in full, but apparently you can pay without getting the service.

After numerous calls, begging and explaining someone finally said that Vodacom will do a sim-swop for me. I was so excited because finally someone came to light. The lady named Robin confirmed my address with me, both residential and business address and said that a new sim card will be delivered to me. This was to no avail. Up until today I have not received the sim card.

The part that is bothering me is the fact that I have been phoning Vodacom up to 3 times a day, everyday from 1 April 2017, and not one person was able to assist me. Each and everytime I had to explain the situation and more often than not the call center agent was not too happy or friedly to help me. The only answer I get is that nothing is showing on the system and I must try another department.

I am done phoning Vodacom and explaining myself. Since 1 April I was not able to use the data that I am paying for and the sim card is not working. What is Vodacom giving me? Nothing. Yet they don't mind to take my money.

The war will begin now to have the contract cancelled with them. It is sad because I want to keep the contract with Vodacom, but it is apparent that they don't want me as a client.

I am also sure that nothing will come from this, but I feel it must be shared.

Vodacom you have terrible customer care and I do not find it ammusing. I don't have a sollution to my problem and I am battling to have the contract cancelled. So I ask you, what are my options??
