Vodacom is tops I app**** for an upgrade on my contract with a new phone on Monday 29 Nov I received my new phone 2 Dec 2021. That is what you call customer service. Vodacom must only look at signal strength in the Mooinooi area. I moved from MTN to Vodacom recently and MTN can learn from you what customer service is.
