Customers we don't care service

Vodacom has never treated their clients with respect. The power that they think they have will be their downfall. You need help, no one can assist, send emails to customer care no response there either BUT WILL CALL AND CALL FOR AN UPGRADE. Call me when I need to be serviced after emails and leaving messages to be called. I need someone to make contact with me regarding my line that is not receiving calls nor sms nor can I make out going calls
