Customers Information not safe with Vodacom

I have a cellphone contract with Vodacom and it was due for an upgrade in February this year, somebody **********ly upgraded my contract using a green book with my ID number and a different picture and I immediately called vodacom customer care when I received and email for an upgrade confirmation. I was asked to fax ID copies and an affidavit, and I did that . On the 9 April 2015 I received a call from one of their employees(Simphiwe) saying that they will cancel the contract and call me. I haven't heard anything from them, this is not acceptable.
