Customer service.....SUCKS

I called the call Centre. Customer service to assist me with changing details on my contract. Never received any statements since I had the contract. Lady by he name of Zandile said she cannot assist me as I could not give my account number to her because I do not get any statements. she had a really bad attitude and she does not know anything about customer service. When I asked to speak to her manager she put me on hold for more than 5miutes and I dropped the call. She called bac and said her manager is in a meeting will call me back. Bull**** story the manager will not call me back. Said I am going to cancel my contract and all she said was o ok. WOW...That is great customer service..... Vodacom will never see me again.
