Customer Services down the drain

My Husband passed away on the 7th March 2015
All his valuables and mine were placed in the safe
On the 22nd August 2015 my home was burgled. My gun safe was ripped out the wall, and its contents obviously gone.
I made 8 phonecalls to Vodacom, including 082111 from my cell. Also called Gateway. Nobody is able to help blacklist and block phones. They would like me to remember IMEI numbers. They want to know what was the last 5 numbers dialed from each cell. Note that 3 phones in the safe belonged to my late husband. 2 belongs to me and 1 to my son. Instead of being assisted I have been transferred from pillar to post, been told that call centre has a standard set of questions to ask and they can not assist in any other way. Called gateway, unless I come personally to the walk in store I can not be assist. This is a company that I have 3 contracts with and I give them R1500,00 business monthly,

I sent 1 email to MTN and they assisted me within 30 minutes, forms were sent to me, replacement quote was also sent to me.
I am appalled at Vodacoms service,
In a time of stress and mourning, I get undue stress from Vodacom. They have grown too big too quickly - Apalling services.
