Customer Service went from Bad to Worse

<p>vodacoms customer service went from bad to worse</p> <p> </p> <p>1. i requested my debit order to removed at a branch in westgate 2 months back vodacom never removed my debit order and as a result i incuuredn charges and also charges from vodacom in the amount of R100 because someone didnt do their job.</p> <p> </p> <p>2. i gave my phone in for repairs and is currently making use of a blackbery, because of the above i cant load BIS because according to them my account is in arrears. i was on the phone last week the whole week almost speaking to consultants and managers to resolve this issue and was promised that the issue will be resolved, a week has paased i still cant load BIS on my blackberry and to make things worse the repair centre was suppose to sent me a quotation regarding my repairs and never did. I have insurance on this device and they were suppose to sent the quotation through to my insurance, they had my phone for a week and never comuicated with me or my insurance if i didnt follow up my phone wouldve stayed there another month maybe. now i have to wait for them to order parts and my phone will be there another week and in the meantime i cant load BIS and have access to my mails etc. because i was promised that my account will be credited and that promise has been on going for the last week now.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really bad service vodacom should be disgusted by this type of service</p>
