CUSTOMER SERVICE THE BEST - VODACOM DIRECT

I just need to say Vodacom Direct is awesome. Simeon Dan Maits went out of his way to help me. He was very professional and friendly. Did answer all my questions and explain everything. They had problems with their lines, and he said he will phone me back and he did. Customer service from Vodacom Direct is the best. I even emailed his manager to inform the manager that I am so impressed with Simeon. He is GOLD employee for Vodacom Direct. So, Vodacom Direct has awesome people (customer care department). Carry on you will have more satisfied customers.
