Customer service sucks

I went to two Vodacom’s today both in Pietermaritzburg one of them refused to help and I Had to sit for over an hour while I wait and the que didn’t even move yet everyone stayed consistently busy I eventually gave an hour in another one I went to their ticket machine was broken so I had to wait for a ticket, fair enough until the lady working the ticket booth started giving other people ticket number before my ticket and only dealing with me last after Everyone very unprofessional I went to Telkom and got a data contract through them the customer service was remarkable and will be writing them a good review
