Customer Service SUCKS!!!!

I have been trying to get hold of vodacom business for more than a week, phoning the *** number, telling me they are going to get an account manager assisgned to me and will be in contact. No one gets back to me, they gave me number to dial which answers at the Cape Town High Court.

I need some urgent assistance with a product but no one makes contact. This is utterly poor service.
