Customer Service Sucks

I made a complaint http://hellopeter.com/vodacom/complaints/upgrade-turned-to-cancel-*** <br> someone phoned me and said that they would get the upgrades department to call me. They did but i was driving at the time and asked if they could please phone me back in 20 min. Well I have waited a week already and still no phone call. It is clear the vodacom dont give one **** about their customers.
