Customer service stinks!

On the 30th November I took my phone, to the Vodacom shop at Bayside Mall Cape Town. I was I am insured (with Vodacom) for R12 000 and there after asked to fill in some forms. I was then told the phone would be fixed in 7 to 14 days.

On the 15th December I recieved an sms for the repairs with a quote for repairs of R2600 which required to be accepted. I then went back to the shop to enquire about this and was told not to accept the offer as my phone is insured. I was also told that my account was in arrears, hence the delay. After confirming that this was no longer the case, I was told the manager was going to send an e-mail to the repairs to continue with the work.

On the 30th Dec I recieved an sms from the repairer to collect my phone at Bayside Mall. To my surprise the phone is still not fixed. After taking what seemed like forever to attend to my query the arrogant manager told me they don't repair phones, its not their fault the phone is not fixed instead he told me to leave the phone so they could send it back to the repairer. I asked him what he was going to do differently. After not getting a clarity I left with my phone. Vodacom??
