Customer service really bad at Somer Mall Vodacom.

I went into the vodacom store in the Somerset mall about 2 weeks ago to renew my contract. I was very excited about the new Hwauei p40 lite deal. I asked the lady who was helping me, Jessica, to order me the p40 lite with the blue and pink back. Last week Friday the 11th of Dec I went to get my new phone and had all my apps moved over. Or so I thought. I was not once told that all the new Hwauei phones don't run with Google services anymore! As a customer I feel that I should of been told this. How an I suppose to know this. This is what a sales agent is meant to do, give their clients details and advice on what they are choosing. I went back today to ask if there is anyway I can get these apps and services running on my phone. I was passed on to one of the guys who work at Hwauei and sent to their store to help me out. He was very nice and very helpful. He apologized on behave of vodacom for not advising me on this. I went back to the vodacom store to ask if there was anything they could do and the treatment I got was absurd! The attitudes changed and I felt like I had no right being in that shop. There was one man (think he is the Manger) who spoke to me as if I was dumb or a child. This is why I am writing this review. The customer service before was great besides not being told about the new Hwaueis not supporting Google but the after support was so bad. They hardly gave me time to make sure I had everything off that phone before they took it and wiped it clean. I'm honestly so upset by how I was treated!! Vodacom, customer service is so important, even when an agent has made a mistake, all that needs to be done is apologized and try make right what was made wrong. Not take it out on the customer. I won't be supporting that shop again!!
