Customer Service / Products almost certainly the worst in the trade

On the 5th October 2016 my manager bought a Samsung S7 at Vodacom and within 5 days the phones screen started to give in looks like the ink was leaking, he took the phone back the 10th October 2016 to Vodacom and demanded a new phone as the phone was returned before 7 days , they bluntly refused and insisted the phone must go for repairs witch in the first place is unacceptable since then he has been leaving messages and no one is getting back to us. He is out of the country for the next few days and asked me to follow up as I did and was told that it will take 7-14 working days to test and return the phone that is completely unacceptable the phone is not even a week old and they refuse to replace it, and repairing it takes up to 14 WORKING days??? I do not know how Vodacom functions but if they keep up this terrible service and no care attitude they will not only lose us as a customer but most certainly the rest of the customer base they have left. If the product is faulty don’t make it the customers problem ( Job Number ********** 3)
