Customer service of the month

I have been a vodocom customer for most of my life and today I experience such lovely, polite, passionate service from a lady Asiphe from customer care. Her service level was excellent I would have loved if she was my personal assistant whenever I have a vodocom query. She advised how to solve my problem and she called me back to do a follow-up if the solution worked. It has been awhile since I received such quality service from vodocom consultants. I would nominate you Asiphe champ of the month. Yoh it's good to no there are still some people that understand why they go to work and deliver service. Vodocom you need to hire more people like Asiphe.
