Customer service not adhered to

I recommend you move Luzuko Hintsa to another department that does not interact with customers more often. The service is unavailble, attitude very bad, not to mension energy levels - died out. <br> <br> The guy does not seem to be enjoying his work - tone of voice said it all. With continuation of this service Vodacom could lose a lot of potential customers. Had the phone on speaker, my wife wanted to port to vodacom, is now hesitant with the customer servive we experienced.
