customer service non existing

Hi I went with my daughter to port her number, but was told that it cannot be done after 4pm an cannot be done on weekends. When i asked how is this customer service i was told it is Vodacom and not them In my view they represent of Vodacom. this is really unacceptable. It blamed on the system.
