Customer service is pathetic

<p>I am a Vodacom client for 10-11 years I am a loyal customer and if anyone ask me i will always say they the best service provider but with my recent interaction with them I think they the worst let me tell you why:</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly the called me to offer a wifi router with 5 gigs of datapm at 199 pm i was like cool i will take it, so when they delivered this package they only send a sim card. I call them immediately after and ask themwhat must i do with a sim card with 5 gigs on without a router....which at this point i was already ****ed off but i was calmbecause everyone makes mistakes so cool i call them to arrange to cancel everything because i cant pay for something i dont have which i called on the 8th of August at 10 am they said they cant help me because a third party sold me this deal so i called the third party and i arranged with them to cancel it. which they pulled the calli had with the agent and confirmed the agent said she will send me a router with the sim. they said they will communicate it with vodacom and vadacom turn around time is 3 to 5 business days. Note i said i did this at the 8th of August . I called in the following week to follow up because i am not recieving feedback from anyone still nothing was done. Till today i am calling through to these idiots and no one can help me. My debit order for August was R1200 because of all this **** and i see they still billing me for something i dont have.</p> <p> </p>
