Customer service is non existing

Vodacom has grown to big nou theory are unable to work together and help a customer. Logged an upgrade received the rong phone tried to log it with Vodacom and the keep ons sending me through to different departments and every one tells me sorry its not there responsibility. How is that customer service if if customer service is telling me sorry they can not help?
