Customer service is ****. Non existent!!!!

Im still waiting for a consultant to call me about my Xbox Gamepass that was not included with my Xbox purchase( which according to the deal was included). I have been trying to get through to customer services but there is no option to go through to a consultant, you keep getting pushed to use Tobi but that service is useless.
