Customer Service helplines non-operational

None of the Vodacom Customer Service lines operate, so customers are unable to contact anyone. When I called the many helpline numbers, the automated voice only spoke Sotho. What about all the other languages in the country? When I finally found a line that I understood (I had to phone it from a landline! If I phoned from my cellphone the voice spoke in Sotho), I was not given an option to speak to anyone, despite my problem being none of the listed options. Vodacom needs to do something about their non-existent customer service.
