Customer service & follow through sucks - Vodacom

I have called vodacom cancellations (***) 7 TIMES & spoke to 7 different people who make promises to rectify the problem asap & even get back to me..

FEB. 24 MARCH 12, 15, 23 APRIL 20, 22

The last person I spoke to, Lucida was so sincere that I truely believed I have finally reached someone who is gonna sort this **** out just to be let down again with empty promises of following up on those who dropped the ball & calling me back the very same day to give me feed back (April 22), I am still waiting!!!

Pathetic service!!
