Customer service centre

I have a contract with vodacom that i took for my sisters, now i want the settlement letter. U cant get through to speak to some via telephonically so i went to the Alberton City branch so they told me to call in using only the vodacom number. I don't live with my sisters so i should ask anyone, well i did but still cant seem to get through to an agent.😡😡😡

Dear Customer, Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation. As per discussion on 2024/02/14 at 09:53:36, cellphone number *** is a prepaid number.

We've sent you premature cancellations quotes for *** and *** to ***.

Should you accept these quotations, do pay the stipulated amounts using your Vodacom account number.

Once done email the ID, proof of payments and signed quotes to the email on the quote. 

Do indicate as well on the quote should you wish to retain the numbers on prepaid.

Should you wish to retain the numbers on prepaid do recharge within 48 hours of the conversion to prepaid.

Our Inactivity Rule:

Please note that all prepaid simcards on the Vodacom network is governed by an inactivity rule. This means that when a prepaid simcard has been inactive for a period of 120 consecutive days, that number will be deleted.  Activity is defined as:  - Making or receiving calls, SMS, GPRS, etc.  - This includes calls to voicemail and the recharge service - And excludes calls to 111, 114, 1082, 155, 112 (emergency service)
