Customer service appalling
I Have Won a power bank on the Voda play summer promotion APP in Nov 2022 To date i have not received my prize
I Have called the call center multiple times and each time the matter was escalated, and someone will call me.
To date I have not received any calls and I don't know how much more escalation can be made.
I then requested to speak to supervisors on the last 3 calls only to be told they are in meetings and will call you back once done.
Guess what?? I'm still waiting.
And this is the third review for the same problem and still not getting any joy
Does Vodacom still value customer service ... I Wonder.
