Customer Service: An alien concept in Vodacom

I was going to write a complaint about the pathetic service I am currently experiencing from Vodacom, but, after reading all the anger and frustration of fellow vodacom subscribers expressed on these pages, I have decided that Vodacom has absolutely no interest in their customers whatsoever and complaining would do little more that adding to my already extreme anger and frustration. I have decided to talk with my wallet. I wish Vodacom a 2021 filled with all the frustration, anger and futility that they inflict on their customers!
