I will never and. Never recommend Vodacom shop in Jabulani..i was there today to collect my phone to the repair. I had wait for 1 hour and 20 minutes,waiting to get some assistant.....There was about 8 consultanted on duty. But only 1 guy working (Tiabe Malau) the other 7 were just chilling on their phones. 1 other customer walked in and asked if he can get sim card and they told him to sit down. Until Tiabe walked to the guy to find out why was he there and he ended up leaving. Not sure is bcoz we are black and the shop is in the township. Don't understand why we are getting this kind of customers service..... This is all nonsense. Either they change the stuff or close down the shop coz really its not working
