I went in to Vodacom shop in Springs Mall to do sim swap on two of my contracts. The technician went and spoke to one of the sales consultants who was busy with a customer. When this consultant was finished she just went on to fold pamphlets meanwhile I was standing and waiting for more than 20 minutes. This shop has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
