customer service???

its been 17 days since we spoke to customer care and when i got told that i will be contacted within 2 working days and almost a week since ive written my first complaint on hellopeter.com and still has NO ONE contacted me or my father about our complaint!!!<br> is this the kind of service we can expect from vodacom after many,many,many years of supporting you?<br> is this the time to move to another service provider???
