CUSTOMER Service
CUSTOMERS can not longer communicate with Vodacom by email and are either forced to use their useless Tobi service or phone an agent. This of course means that the CUSTOMER no longer has a written record of the communication to and from Vodacom. Agents are also unable to give reference numbers and can only give their name as a reference. This of course means that unless the CUSTOMER keeps a detailed record of the date and time of the call it is neigh impossible to refer back to the conversation.
