Customer Rights - I want my handset replaced!

I sent in the handset to Samsung for repairs and they told me that it was a software issue and did an upgrade. The problem still persisted. I then sent the phone into Vodacom whom also blamed it fault to software and did another upgrade. However the problem still persisted. I have been numerous attempts to wasted valuable time address this with the customer care department and relevant departments (reference numbers - 53-82920-06AUJ / X25H-UU11CM). The matter was resolved on the Vodacom side as I was informed,( without access to the handset as I had it in my possession).30/04/2015 14:04 agent Renaldo sent an email to his supervisor regarding the matter, as they would contact me.Nothing happened. 20/05/2015 12:30 I was given an incorrect number for legal department (1944) to be dialled from the cellphone, there was no answer. I dialled 111 spoke to Ally Tladi and given legal department number (1945) to be dialled from the cellphone, the does not exist. I am highly disappointed and frankly disgusted at the service or lack off that I have received. Since taking out this contract I have still been paying my monthly premiums & handset fee. I need my handset replaced.
