Such horrible service from your upgrades department, the phone gets put down in my ear whilst still discussing the details. This is completely disgusting.

I sit for long phone calls waiting for a manager on duty to speak to, only to be told their is nobody present. Your team is always full of excuses or worst yet its like I'm answered to by someone reading notepad.
