customer query prioritisation
morning i took out a contract last week with their online department and i have been requesting that they get back to me as i would like to make changes on my contract with regards to the handset and the tarrif plan but am failing as they have sent me communication via email that they will get back to me within 24hrs and they didnt do that but today the send me an sms informing that they have dispatched my order and its at their couriers. i know we are under lockdown and i understand that they are short staffed but the least they can do is get one of their sales consultants to call me so my query as a customer is resolved. the worst is that their customer service has not been able to assist. im really dissapointed
