Customer Is Always Wrong
Ordered an iPhone 11 Max at Vodacom Baywest two and a half weeks ago. Was promised phone in 5-6 days. Last visit on 23rd December was told the iPhone I ordered doesn't come in the colour I asked for (choices were given to me by consultant) I had to change my choice-after telling them I had wanted the phone for Christmas they promised to search high and low and would phone back-still no phone call and Christmas has come. No offer on remedying the situation- no follow up phone call-no phone for Christmas. THANKS VODACOM for ruining everything
