Customer held responsible for Apple factory fault
Apple released a iSight replacement program, my phone qualifies. Nothing on apples release statement mentions that this is warranty dependant - its a factory fault they are correcting. There is a note saying that damages such as a cracked screen should be resolved prior to the camera replacement, fair enough. I have a crack in my screen. Vodacom deems my phone to be \not is working order"";15/11/26 16:10;NULL;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;762855;775650;6;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/11/26 11:08;15/11/26 9:18; Unfair charges;6,11E+12;Tremaine;***;Dear Sir
In September 2014, I posted a letter on Hellopeter.com 'Vodacom - poor service/unfair charges' . Since the new year (2015) I had no communication with Vodacom.
However, on 14 October 2015, , I received a call from Tremaine of J and B asking me to settle my Vodacom account. This happened after I received the following e mail from Hellopeter.com :-
A year ago, you wrote one or more reports on Hellopeter.com. Reports remain on Hellopeter.com for 12 months.
In three days time, the following report/s will be removed from the site:

I, then indicated to Tremaine that my grievances with Vodacom were not resolved and had no communication with them for a year. Therefore, I was unable to pay the account. He then asked me to e mail my grievances to him after he sent my account details to me with the intention of looking into the matter. I e mailed my grievances to [Email Removed] hoping for some kind of resolution.
Unfortunately my grievances were ignored but since then I have received a series of SMSs as reminders of payment.
On 21.10.2015 I received an SMS with banking details of an account with JBA as beneficiary.
On 28.10.201;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;576606;660;17;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/11/26 11:13;15/11/26 9:19;OFFLINE - PAY FULL PRICE;6,21E+12;;***;I tried twice to book online for my daughter and grand daughter to come to Durban on the Greyhound bus in December. The website offers 10% discount for online bookings and a discounted rate for kids 11 and younger. OBVIOUSLY! I will book online in that case.
So my credit card wont go through - twice. Furthermore - I won't get any discount as they are offline! I need to pay full price. Try again tomorrow - otherwise pay full price.

Really - what's the point of the message : Your transaction was not successful. Please contact ***0 between 08h00-20h00 Monday to Saturday. Since receiving it in March 2014, we had to return it back to Hyundai on 5 occasions due to defect.
1) Petrol tank strange knocking noise. They had to adjust the petrol floater.
2) Another knocking noise at the back of the vehicle. The rear suspension nuts and bolts had to be tightened. Surely this held as security risk?
3) Then the vehicle made strange screeching noises. The rear brake discs were bent, and they had to replace the brake drums that were damaged.
4) The gearbox leaked oil, due to faulty seals on the side shaft.
5) Lest lower control arm nuts and bolts faulty/ stripped, due to the incorrect nuts and bolts being fitted.
6) Now the gearbox/engine bracket (body mounting) broke off.
Needless to say that I am totally appalled with this vehicle, and it being bought brand new. I was informed that the part was on back order, and it could take up to 12 working days to be fixed. This is not acceptable. I am reliant on a vehicle to perform my work. Being in Management position, I am expected to travel, attend meetings and hold training workshops. I need a vehicle, and it would only be prudent"
