Customer First - A Grade Service delivery

<p>i have been running around the entire Vodacom trying to get my delivery reversed becaused C3d delivery 3 phones instead of 1 , despite numerous calls to every department ,i finally was refered to the ********** 4 and spoke to a consultant by the name of Amra. She was phenominal coo,l calm and collective. She called me every hour to keep me posted on my query and as promised within 48 hours i received a pick up as well a delivery . </p> <p>Amra has now re installed my confidence in Vodacom - which has re****ed in me upgrading my 72 business lines.thank you Amra for quality experience with your department!</p> <p> </p>
