I would like to compliment Malieka Majiet for my excellent customer service received, I have taken out cover with Vodacom Life but due to a few delays the process was slightly delayed. I am also a call centre agent and I understand that its sometimes difficult to call a client at the exact time we request but Malieka has done a brilliant job to always calling me back when I request, If im busy and re-schedule she did not get frustrated. <br> She ensured that I understand the contents of the policy and has been friendly throughout the process, <br> My customer experience can be rated at 150% Thank you Malieka I hope you do get the recognition and that you keep doing an amazing job
