Customer Don'tService Centre

As the title says, I phoned the CSC of Vodacom, and got exactly NO service. My contract expired in September, and because I don't have a regular income anymore, I decided to forego doing an upgrade, because I really can't afford to pay the installments on a new, more expensive phone for the next 24 months. Vodacom phoned me and asked me if I would like to migrate to a different plan, but as usual their sales pitch didn't include that they were going to increase my monthly installment anyway, except iso paying for a phone, I'm paying for more SDM. They also didn't mention that all the services that I used to have on my old plan, e.g. airtime transfer, caller id, handset insurance, etc, gets cancelled the moment you migrate. Why do they think you wouldn't want to continue using those services, I wonder? Anyway, after 10 phone calls, a couple of emails and a swearing & shouting exercise over the phone, I was assured by some NSA that all the services from my prev plan was now reapp**** to my new plan. Ha, was that not just another lie told by VC's CSC consultants (read: trained *****). I'm at my wits end. And signed up for another 2 years, so I can't even tell them to go to hell & shove their f-king contract where the sun don't shine. And all this after I've been a customer of theirs since 1997! ITMT, they went and changed their Mobile App and web-based app to be just as useless and userUNfriendly as their CSC consultants, so you can't even try to help yourself on their good-for-nothing system. I've had to request a change of password about 20 times over the past 3 weeks, because everytime I log in, their STUPID GARBAGE system tells me I have typed the password incorrectly too many times and my profile is now blocked. And to unblock it, I have to do the Forget Password process, which requires you to supply a new password. I basically have to change my password every 2nd day!!! How's that for stable system management! If I had ever delivered Programs & Systems like that in my 35 YEARS of IT experience, I would have been fired from each and every ****** job I ever had. I once app**** to Vodacom for a job, guess what they told me? I'm over-qualified to work for them, NO ****?! I never would've guessed. And finally, to put the big red cherry on this ****fest of a cake, 2 weeks after my contract expired (+ the insurance & warranty on my handset), they downloaded some piece of bug-infested software to my phone, rendering it utterly and completely useless. It can't even be used as a paperweight, because it's not heavy enough. Thanks for nothing, Vodacom. Excellent service went down your rat-infested drains about 4 years ago and it's fast & securely getting worse as time goes by.
