Customer Complaint
Vodacom in Vincent Park had no customer service etiquette. So rude and you cannot even speak to a manager to get more advice or service. I do understand privacy policies etc BUT if I'm phoning for someone e.g my father, because the phone was given as a present and they live in Eastern Cape and we live in Gauteng, I would love to get some sort of service.

23 Jun 2023, 14:50The vodacom customer service, 082 135. After my issues with a vodacom shop, I spoke to Papallo, what a nice lady. Even phoned me back to help with my issues, no questions asked, no rudeness. If someone needs help, ask to speak to her. She is lovely. Please give her a compliment.
