Customer complaint

I submitted a complaint to the company about a ********** swim swap that occurred in April 2019 and since then there hasn't been any affirmative action done to help me . Since I logged the complaint I have received a number of different reference numbers which they never follow up on .One of the workers gave me an email address to submit my complaints but it is invalid.
