Customer complain

I went to Vodacom maponya mall on the 16th of March to do an insurance claim after loosing my phone, the phone i was using was a huawei y90 and the assistant who was assisting me offered me a nova 11i and a y72, looking at the access fee I went for the y72, I had no product knowledge I know nothing about cell phones, when I got home I realized the phone they gave me was actually faulty, it had system problems it jumped from one app to the other on it's own and it was actually a downgrade from the phone I lost, I took it back to the store and they refused to change it for me, I asked to see the manager and she insisted that they can't change the phone but instead it should be booked for repairs, I asked her why was I offered that phone in the first place and not the device I lost or one that comes after it, the consultant then said I was not gonna qualify, I then called insurance to find out which phones I actually qualified for, insurance confirmed with me that I actually qualified for any phone as long it's not more than R7k, both the manager xolisile nkambule and her staff member Tshepo they **** to me and deliberately gave me a faulty phone, my phone was then booked for repairs, for 2 weeks I got no communication from the store, until I called customer service to find out what was happening, I was then told my phone was back from repair and it was found without a fault, I wrote another complain to customer service and they spoke to the manager and told her my phone was still having the same problem, apparently she said to them I could bring the phone again to be booked for repairs again, if she failed to help me first time how was she gonna do it this time, even today I have not heard anything from Vodacom maponya, the manager gave me the worst service the way she handled my query it's like I annoyed her and she made sure my phone was not fixed, I'm never going back to that store and even today I am still stuck with a faulty phone that is not even half of the phone I lost, those consultants are ****ming people because they know the product very well and their manager is part of the ****, worst experience of my life
