customer carefree centre

how long does it really take for one to get a copy of a contract??? i have been from piller to post with the call centre from vodacom, i was asked to fax through the copy of my ID and a signed request letter and i will be receiving my request but when i call in they keep asking me to fax my stuff, i did 3 times, guess the answer i get from the care centre, \we will investigate". i keep getting different stories whenever i call in to follow up.<br> at first was you will get your request within 3 days"
