I'm really disappointed in the service rendered at Vodacom customer care. I've been on the line for 10-25 minutes long for every call I have made (Ive made about 3 calls) either the phone cuts off when I reach an operator or even before I reach an operator. I'm really doubting taking this contract with Vodacom.
