I app**** for a cellphone contract with vodacom in July 2025,unfortunately my credit score was low and only qualified for a simcard inorder for me to build my portfolio, 2 days I was given a device by a competitor and canceled I called vodacom within the 7 day period, today I wake up to debt collectors Stating that I owe vodacom for something I didn't even use and my account is in arrears.
