customer care not answering phones or emails, twice data wasnt loaded

Please assist

Last week we bough data for 3 employees so that they can work at home during lockdown, but one of the employees say that no data is loaded, we loaded again and ****, the data is gone again.

She tried calling customer care more than 10 time but doesn’t succeed.

Attached is the receipt, and the proof of all the calls that was made

How are we going to resolve this, for every hour she is not working, we are losing money
