Customer care my ass!!!
Good day. I wrote a review not to long ago. Since then I have not received any feedback from Vodacom. They said they will get back to me, they never did. It has been almost 6 months now. Two of them without my watch. The technician, Adolf Jonker (from Vodacom Bloemfontein technical support) have not even bother to come back to me in all the time my watch is with him. And Vodacom pride themselves for customer care.
