Customer care issues

So here I am, getting calls from Vodacom customer care everyday for 5 days in a row. Unfortunately, the calls come through every time that I am busy. Eventually I call Vodacom customer care when I had the time. I ask what the problem is and why I am called all the time. So the lady says that I have to answer a few security questions to which I agree. I answered all the ladies questions up to the point where she asked me for my account number, which I did not have. After that the lady started to have an attitude and I put the phone down in her ear. If this is the kind of service that Vodacom offers, then I cant recommended them.
