Customer care? I don't care!

I visited Vodacom in Alberton City this morning 30 April 2017. I was there to have a protective cover put on my phone. I entered through the side door and was not aware there was a queueing system. I watched a young man in a vodacom uniform chatting to a girl whilst his customer was sitting opposite him. The girl left afer a few minutes and Ahnwar was just sitting. I asked him if he could quickly help me with the cover while he was waiting. He answered no. I asked if he was just going to sit there and he said yes. I asked for his manager's name, was given it but was told that the manager did not work on Sundays. His customer piped up and said he was busy with him. I said I realise that but he was doing nothing for the +- 10 minutes I was there. I told Ahnwar I would write to hello peter. He said he didn't care and didn't need to read the review. Well done Vodacom, your staff training is excellent.
