Customer Care Disconnects and Phone Reactivation - HELP!

So, without warning, my account got deactivated because I forgot to pay last month. No issues. My fault. I went to the app, paid my bill - but the last confirmation page said: "Oops, we're down, bro. Try again later." However I got the SMS and message that all had been reactivated and my statement showed a positive balance. I also did an EFT for the next 4 months with the correct reference number. This amount also reflected on the statement. I'm several months in credit now. HOWEVER, my phone has not been reactivated. When I call the customer care line, it immediately tells me my account is in arrears. I followed the prompts all the way to speak to a consultant to tell them about my payment. Before they can finish saying: "Welcome to Vodacom, how can I ..." it disconnects me. I've tried several times - it disconnects me each time. Then someone tried to call me back and it disconnected within the same amount of time before they could even talk. NOW when I try to use the call center, it says: "Woa, you've tried to get help several times today. Enter your number for us to call you back." So I do. No option to speak to anyone. And no one calls me back. PLEASE REACTIVATE MY PHONE AND ACCOUNT. I don't owe you any money. You owe me money. Please HELP. ALSO, Please DO NOT CALL ME UP AND ASK FOR MY ID NUMBER. All your agents (i think) seem to be calling from numbers marked as SPAM CALLERS and then immediately ask for my ID. NO WAY IN HELL I'm playing along with that. Even if they are really from Vodacom. There's no way to trust them. If you can provide me with the reference number I've put in here, then I'll play along. So, in summary: 1. Please reactivate my phone number 2. You guys really need to fix your customer care lines 3. All your agents (i think) calling from home are marked as SPAM callers and then they ask to verify MY IDENTITY after THEY CALLED ME. It's ridonculous.

They called me back the next day and did something on their systems. They've sorted me out.
