customer care and feedback

Client service is absolutely pathetic. I`m trying to access my account and cannot. i have Contacted vodacom customer care about 15 times and they seem very helpfull and full of promises but as soon as the call is ended, so is the service and promises to rectify problem. I think the people working at vodacom customer care are a disgrace to vodacom and a very poor talented and ******** kind of persons. I have been a suscriber as from 1997, pay my account every month and what do i get for honouring my contract. Do they honour their promises as advertised on web! no definitely not. Please help.
