Customer care ?????

I have been a customer of Vodacom for a long time..due to the circumstances that have arose with my situation I find myself to not continue services with Vodacom. In November 2016 I had handed my phone in at the VODACOM SHOP GATEWAY STORE no G278.Fault on phone was due to the camera wasn’t working, They said that if they had to send it for repairs it would take 21 working days.I was fine would that I didn’t mind the wait.Unfortunately for me nobody cares about customers these days.It cost me around -+R400 in airtime just phoning around to find out what’s going on with the device, yet I get bull****ted Right up until now it’s the 09/02/2017.I have numerous problems with this device, this device is on contract yet I spent most of the time without a phone..Initial Fault was only the camera when I received my phone on the 20/12/2016 screen had a small crack which wasn’t there in the first place. When I told the person who I had received my phone that if I had to take it out of the store now and use it

and if the screen splits more it would have became my fault.
